Company History
January 1988

The predecessor of the company - Jiangyin Sizing Machine Factory was established, becoming the first professional sizing machine manufacturer registered with the Administration for Industry and Commerce in China. At its inception, it had 56 employees (including 15 engineering technicians), and established seven functional departments: sales, procurement, quality inspection, production, technology, market after-sales service, and research and development.

1989

Our company cooperated with Shanghai Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. to develop an electric-heated conveyor belt vulcanizer. Employees were sent to Japan's Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd. for training to learn the technology of steel belt vulcanization and adhesion.

1992

Our company signed a vulcanizer purchase and sales contract as well as a training agreement with Handan Iron and Steel Company. The founder of the company led the technical team to vulcanize the first steel wire conveyor belt on-site for Handan Steel. Upon inspection, the joint strength reached 95%, receiving unanimous praise from Handan Iron and Steel Company.

2002

The parent company, Jiangyin Tongxin Vulcanizing Machinery Factory, was established and developed new products such as electric-heated water-cooled vulcanizing machines, conveyor belt peeling machines, and conveyor belt spot, edge, and longitudinal tear repair devices.

2003

The company established long-term cooperative relationships with Beijing Shougang Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation, Gansu Jiugang Group, Hubei Egang Group, Shanxi Taigang Group, Hebei Tanggang Group, Hebei Qiangang Group, Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation (WISCO), and Inner Mongolia Baogang Group. Its products gained widespread popularity in the domestic market.

2016

 The subsidiary, Jiangyin Tongxin Vulcanizing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was established with the aim of serving overseas customers, providing customized procurement needs for vulcanizers and comprehensive after-sales solutions for international clients.

2016

In collaboration with Wuxi Baotong Belt Industry, a leading domestic conveyor belt enterprise, we exported vulcanizing machines to Australia. The project was successfully accepted, with the products passing Australian standards testing and 3C certification.

2025

As of January 2025, we have established and maintained sound cooperative relationships with vulcanizing machine clients from various countries including Australia, South Korea, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Guinea, Ethiopia, Congo, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Iraq, Nigeria, and Libya.
