First of all, we will have the corresponding inspection after each process. For the final completed product, each vulcanization machine will carry out the factory test, including but not limited to:

① Sulcanizing machine pressure system test: the working pressure test of the water pressure plate, the water pressure plate in 2.0 Mpa for 1 hour and no water seepage, leakage phenomenon. Sulcanization machine high pressure electric pump pressure function test, high pressure hose does not leak, seepage, pressure pump pressure speed, pressure for 2 hours does not occur pressure relief, the water pressure table is normal.

② Sulcanizing machine heating system test: the heating speed and heating temperature average distribution test, heating plate heating time 30 minutes, through the temperature average distribution by temperature gun, thermometer.

③ Water cooling function test: after heating to 145 degrees Celsius, the use of water cooling function will temperature reduced to 85 degrees Celsius within 30 minutes, in order to ensure the heat transfer face and sulfur temperature, the electric heating element reasonable arrangement, the shell installation, greatly shorten the sulfur water cooling time, material with high strength aluminum alloy and ensure no leakage phenomenon.

④ Pressure test of the vulcanizing machine rack, under the pressure of 2.0 Mpa, the vulcanization machine rack is kept for more than 3 hours, without bending or deformation.

⑤ Functional test of the control system: the ammeter and voltage meter of the control box are normal, the temperature control meter shows the temperature is normal, the switches and knobs are normal, the input power line and secondary power cord are connected normally, and the output power of the control box is normal and stable.

⑥ Test of other parts of vulcanizing machine: normal use, normal peeling machine, motor output power remains stable.

When quoting, we will confirm with you that the trading method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods works well. In mass production, we usually accept pay 30% in advance, and then see the bill of lading to pay the balance. The payment method is mostly T / T, and of course L / C is also acceptable.
