Generally, it takes 20 minutes to cool from the vulcanization temperature to 60℃, and the cooling water source pressure is ≥0.2mpa.

The water-cooled vulcanizer has a light structure and can be moved by ordinary labor. Before installation, the convenience of power supply and water source should be considered. Use a special water pipe to connect the tap water to the cooling water pipes of the upper and lower heating plates of the vulcanizer, but do not drain the water for the time being. At this time, start the constant temperature until the vulcanization constant temperature time ends. At this time, turn on the tap water and pass water to the hot plate. When the temperature drops to the process stable value, you can drain the water and disassemble the equipment, and the vulcanization operation is completed.
